Radial Ceramic Capacitors

High-dielectric are mainly consist of Barium Titandte. It is known as Hi-k because of its high power factor. These capacitors which have the characteristics of high capacitance value, small internal impedance and excellent power factors are widely used in electronic circuits such as coupling,decoupling and by pass purposes.

1.Operating temperature range: -25oC~85oC

2.Capacitance: Under 1 KHz and 25oC±2oC, Vrms=0.1V conditions, not exceed capacitance tolerance.

3.Dissipation factor (D.F.) : Max 5.0%

4.Insulation resistance: at working voltage for 1 minute, UR. ≤ 25V, I.R.≥500MΩ . UR.>25V, I.R.≥1000MΩ

5.Test voltage: at 1.5 time of working voltage
